The brief
Brillance Auto runs washing, polishing, ceramic protection, headlight restoration and interior treatment out of Saint-André. Bookings came in by phone and messaging apps, which capped the volume the studio could handle cleanly.
The bigger need was on the admin side. The owner could not adjust a price, launch a promotion or move a booking without asking a developer. Every change was a ticket.
Then the studio outgrew a booking page. It wanted to sell the products it uses, put regulars on a subscription, and stand alongside two sibling brands instead of alone. All of that lands on one person, who is also the one doing the detailing.
The approach
- Built a public booking flow where the customer picks service, vehicle and slot in a few steps.
- Designed an admin where the owner manages every booking from start to finish, and sets prices and promo codes himself without touching code.
- Added a product shop and service packages with subscriptions, so the studio sells more than just its time.
- Set up an AI agent alongside the founder that takes the bookings, keeps an eye on shop stock, maintains the calendar and the day's schedule, and answers customers.
- Redesigned the public site around the detailing work itself and connected it to the two sibling brands that share the group's back office.
