The brief
Ecoprorenove covers insulation, ventilation, energy brokerage, and the CEE / MaPrimeRénov' subsidy paperwork end-to-end. Their offer spans three very different customer segments: tertiary buildings, residential and agricultural. That makes the messaging job hard, because it is one site for three buyer mindsets.
Intake was the bottleneck. Project requests came in through phone calls and untracked email threads, so the team had to chase basic info (sector, project type, location) before they could prepare for a first conversation.
The approach
- Structured the site around the three audiences so tertiary, residential, and agricultural visitors land on the offers that match them without wading through everything.
- Built a single qualified lead form that captures sector, project type and contact details, which is enough context for the team to prepare before the first call.
- Surfaced the trust signals (RGE Qualibat/Qualibois, CEE obligated, MaPrimeRénov' approved) where prospects actually need them to convert.
- Wired form submissions into the team's intake workflow so nothing sits unread in a generic inbox.
