A property agency that stops looking like a listings dump.
Buy, rent, sell and management site for a Mauritian property agency: a curated, filterable portfolio and a lead path that actually delivers, on a pre-rendered static build.

The brief
Landora Properties was selling through social posts and messages, with no site of its own. Its positioning is the opposite of a portal: a hand-picked portfolio with one advisor per client, not an endless list.
So the site had to feel closer to a premium brochure than to a search engine, while still letting a buyer narrow things down by zone, property type, intent and bedrooms.
It also had to be honest about scale. A small agency does not need a heavy platform, and whatever shipped had to survive a later move to a larger listings system.
The approach
- Built the four services the agency actually sells as their own paths: buy, rent, sell, and property management.
- Gave the portfolio a filter on zone, property type, intent and bedrooms, kept deliberately short of a portal-style search.
- Pre-rendered the site to static files at build time, so pages load fast from the edge with no server to keep alive.
- Wired the enquiry form to a serverless function that delivers each lead by email, with WhatsApp and phone as parallel routes for buyers who prefer them.
Outcomes
- The agency has a site that matches how it actually sells: curated, not exhaustive.
- Enquiries arrive by email, WhatsApp or phone from every page.
- Static delivery means no server to run and nothing to break under traffic.
