Automotive dealership · 2026
A full dealership rebuild: the public showroom and the system running the business behind it.
Complete website refonte for a Mauritius car dealership, paired with a custom management app: a server-rendered public catalogue on the front, and a staff back-office running the business behind it, with authentication, per-role permissions, live vehicle inventory, CSV import and lead capture.

The brief
Parbo Auto sells and imports vehicles in Mauritius, working with insurance and leasing partners and a steady flow of stock to move.
The previous setup leaned on manual lists and scattered enquiries: no single place to manage inventory, no real back-office, and a public site that no longer reflected the business. The brief was two jobs at once: rebuild the public face, and build the system that runs the operation.
The approach
- Rebuilt the public site as a fast, server-rendered showroom, where the vehicle catalogue renders live from the database rather than from a static list.
- Built a real staff back-office: Supabase authentication, an admin-managed team with per-module permissions, and an active/inactive flag per member.
- Made the inventory fully database-backed, so staff add, edit, delete and bulk-import vehicles by CSV. Internal cost and buyer details stay locked behind staff-only row-level security.
- Wired lead capture end to end: contact and service-booking forms save to the database and notify the team by email.
Outcomes
- A public catalogue that updates the moment staff change the inventory.
- One back-office in place of manual lists, with staff, vehicles and leads in a single system.
- Role-based access so the right people see the right modules, with sensitive cost and buyer data locked down.
- Live in production on a portable Next.js + Supabase stack the client owns.
